Iberia was founded in 1927 with the slogan “¿Y mañana, te imaginas?” (And tomorrow, can you imagine?) and is Spain's flag carrier and largest airline. Very attentive the crew on board. Comfortable and easy flight. Amazing food in the business lounge. I don´t think there was nothing to improve.

Boarding can be started little early so that last minute hurry for passenger to occupy their seat can be avoided . Checkin cleanliness condition of aircraft flight attendants and finally maintaining of arrival time is very good.

Old problem Lack of information when delays occur
It was the first time I was flying reduced comfort airline for so long. Previously I flew Ryanair for less than an hour and it was OK. This was a night flight and I hoped to sleep in the plane but with non-reclining seats and reduced space it felt like a torcher chamber.
Very bad trip whit iberia
A 1-hour and 20 minute flight was 40 minutes late! Vueling did not inform ground staff in Dubrovnik about my wife's request for handicapped assistance AFTER asking her to take the bus to the terminal. We waited more than 30 minutes for help to arrive. Our pre-arranged taxi and apt. assistance had to wait outside as well and nearly left. The aircraft crew simply wanted to get rid of the handicapped passanger.
The flight was delayed for two hours from Marrakesh and I was very nervous as I had another flight from Lisbon to Venice. I have hardly got it as it was also delayed. Passport and hand luggage control at Lisbon airport.
I would not fly with Vueling again if I had ANY other option available.
