Vueling is a low-cost Spanish airline with headquarters in the Catalonian city of Barcelona. In 2009 Vueling merged with Spanish airline rivals Clickair though continued to operate under the Vueling brand, whilst the Clickair flights and aircraft were re-branded under the Vueling name. Today Vueling operates a network of over 150 destinations in Africa, Asia and Europe. Vueling is currently the 2nd largest airline in Spain and in 2014 carried over 17.2 million passengers with a load factor of approximately 80%. In addition to its own network routes, Vueling has codeshare agreements with British Airways, Iberia and Qatar Airways, which provides travellers with a wide range of connection opportunities to hundreds of added destinations. Vueling has its main base at Barcelona–El Prat Airport as well a second hub of operations at Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport in Rome.
With Vueling, all passengers are allowed one piece of hand luggage weighing a maximum 10kg with dimensions not exceeding 55x40x20 cm. In addition to their cabin baggage allowance, travellers can carry on-board the plane an extra personal item which may include one of the following: a briefcase, handbag, camera or video camera.

Dealt with delays well. Food vouchers freely given. No explanation however beyond”operational reasons”
as an assisted traveller i would like to have been taken to a designated pick up point upon return to Cardiff, instead of being left at the door
we had a delay of 2.56 min that we only gradually became aware that it was delayed 1.24 h after another hour and nobody gave or assistance and information we were with a child of 6 years and the last thing they knew when we asked them was that they could not do nothing even offered a glass of water and no apologies was a real neglect and the biggest problem was because it was a flight from o'clock at night and just left around 2 am was awful.

Very Poor services. I had my flight delayed and I lost my connection from Barcelona and they lost my luggage. The flight was delayed 3 hours ,they should’ve change my all flight . Because of it I lost my ship because I am working on river cruse. So I have to stay 3 days in the hotel with no clothes all on my expense.
delayed flight with staff that did not communicate with the passengers. Terrible staff at the airport and on the airline. Under no circumstances would I fly with them again, this was the first and last time. After what was meant to be a 18:45 take off we finally took to the skies around 10 or so after a while a stopped looking at my watch. No apologies or compensation for their lack of professionalism but I guess that’s what happens when you travel with these budget airlines. I just wanted to get home and ended up regretting cutting my holiday short because of this experience. My advice if you are thinking of using this airline DON’T!!!!
