I was impressed with Wizz. New airbus clean seamless British pilot kept us informed calm flight Hungarian crew were on hand for a budget airline.

The flight and staff were Excellent. Only suggestion is you make your website more user friendly. Also one free drink would help.

The flight was very nice even we had some turbulente and when we was in Larnaca they had only one exit and i was with my baby on the back seats waiting for very long to go out .

I paid extra to choose my seat and I was asked to move by cabin crew which I feel isn’t value for money!! I like to sit by the window however I was moved in a seat which wasn’t comfortable and continuously had people standing next to me waiting for the toilet

I wasn’t asked to check online and they were not told about my disability. So as I didn’t check on line O I had to pay extra
To get Wizz Priority for a normal cabin bag cost 52 eur more. When on their website it was stated that it costs between 5 to 20 eur.
All good with the exception that unlike say Easyjet, Wizz never sent me any messages to say I had to check in before arriving at the airport. As a result I had to pay a GBP 31 check in fee which made the GBP 89 airfare uncompetitive. One of the many punitive tricks of budget airlines. Be warned
Wizzair has very strict baggage policy that allows them to make people pay extra for it on the aero port.Cost me more than all other quality airlines. Never ever again.
The worse possible experience with an airline company in my whole life traveling abroad. First time flying through Wizzair and certainly the last as well.
