easyJet was founded in 1995 and is an international low cost airline. With headquarters at the London Luton Airport, it has 20 bases across Europe. It operates flights to over 134 destinations across 30 countries in Europe, North Africa, and West Asia with a fleet of over 190 Airbus A319s and A320s.
All easyJet passengers must check-in online before their flight. Web check-in is available from 30 days up to 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure. Passengers only travelling with hand luggage may proceed to the security control with their printed easyJet boarding pass. Passengers that have checked luggage can drop it off at the Bag Drop desk at least 40 minutes before flight departure.
All passengers must check-in online as easyJet no longer offers airport check-in. Airport check-in desks will be strictly for passengers that need to drop off checked bags.
The boarding gate closes 30 minutes before the scheduled flight departure. Any passengers not present at least 30 minutes ahead of departure will not fly. Finally, all passengers are required to present an accepted form of identification for all flights, including domestic.
Passengers are allowed to carry one piece of hand luggage on board easyJet flights. Hand bags, laptops, briefcases, etc. are also counted as one piece. If you would like to guarantee that your hand luggage will travel with you it must be no larger than 50 x 40 x 20cm.
Passengers can pay for a hold bag with a maximum weight of 20kg. Bags that go over the maximum weight are subject to excess weight fees. No bag over 32kg will be accepted. It is recommended to check bags and buy extra weight online as prices at the airport are much higher.
Tip: Passengers on the same booking can "share" weight. This means that if there are two people on the same flight booking they have a total weight allowance of 40kg which can be distributed in the bags as the passengers wish. Example: One passenger has a bag weighing 15kg and the other has a bag weighing 25kg.

The night that we travelled back to Bristol it had snowed heavily and Bristol air port was closed and we were redirected to Cardiff. the air craft team were amazing explaining everything about getting back to Bristol. Buses were at the airport within 10 minutes and we were shown which buses we had to use. i can not fault the services that was given in a situation that was totally out of anybodies control due to the weather.
Just keep it up
Awful!!! Worst company I've ever dealt with!!!! Booked direct flights, then they changed them to indirect flights taking 10 hours each way. This was a 3 night get away. They were surprised I was unhappy!! Booked on the 16th still waiting for refunds. I'm hugely out of pocket because of this company. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!!!!!!
Flights in time, hotel was lovely and city was beautiful
Good res of determination of fly
disruption at Gatwick meant that we couldn't leave. The flight was eventually cancelled creating a lot of chaos.
It was impossible to check in online and then I got charged an exorbitant amount for not having a boarding pass.
Flight to Inverness was good...just a little turbulence...l liked the plane .. Comfortable seats..friendly staff..
Airport was fairly good to use
Happy with the flight, pilot did a good job flying in low visibility due to Storm Deirdre.
The flight went well and was good but disappointed at the baggage handling. Our party had a brand new luggage damaged. Two brand new wheels disappeared. We don't think it was faulty and feel it was an equipment or poor handling. This can be improved by the airline.
