The only negative was trying to communicate with the airline prior to the flight. I wanted to request special diet but there were no channels to do this. The result was that onboard I was told I could request special diets before flying and I didn't eat during the 7hour 30 minute flight. Otherwise a good flight.

I had to leave at a specific time so it worked out on the more expensive side but the overall experience was incredibly positive.
