Please read these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) before purchasing eDreams Prime.
When purchasing eDreams Prime, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions.
The provider of eDreams Prime is:
Vacaciones eDreams SL duly incorporated in Spain and registered in the Trade Registry of Madrid with registered office is at Calle Conde de Peñalver, 5, - 1º Ext. Izq., 28006, Madrid, Spain (“us” or “we”).
Please be aware that the terms and conditions for the purchase of your product are different to these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions of your product of choice will be brought to your attention before you finalise your booking.

eDreams Prime is a service allowing you to benefit from a preferential total price, all costs included. These price conditions apply to members (“Prime Fare”) on bookings made on the website https://www.edreams.co.uk/ (hereafter the “Website”) and/or through our mobile application eDreams (hereafter the “Application”). eDreams Prime is available to all persons identified in the booking (provided that you are also a part of the booking and that you are logged in to your User Account (defined in Article 2).
Please note: We reserve the right to apply or disapply the Prime Fare to airlines and railway companies from time to time and at any time, and particularly in the case of any airlines/railway companies where an order is made for its winding up, administration or dissolution, where it threatens to cease to carry on business, where it threatens insolvency or become insolvent, or any event that may be analogous to such circumstances.
For the avoidance of doubt, eDreams Prime will: : (i) allow you to get Prime Fares for the products that during the purchase of your Subscription on the Website/Application/Mobile Website were clearly indicated in the list of included advantages that may be some or all of the following: flight, hotel and train bookings individually or collectively (i.e. dynamic packaging) searched; and (ii) not apply to services not expressly indicated in these T&Cs/Confirmation email/purchase of your Subscription.
eDreams Prime also allows you to access additional benefits. The additional benefits currently available are the following:
Exclusive customer service: priority phone number (“Prime Line”) which shall be available only to Prime members, the details of which will be sent to you in your Confirmation Email (defined in Article 2 below) when you once become a member of eDreams Prime. You can also request details of Prime Line through the Help Centre in our contact details above.
OPTIONAL: Flexible Travel Dates: In some cases, eDreams Prime may include Flexible Ticket Cover insurance provided by Europ Assistance S.A. (hereafter the “Flexible Travel Option”). Your eDreams Prime subscription will include Flexible Travel Option if (i) during the purchase of your Subscription on the Website/Application the Flexible Travel Option was clearly indicated in the list of included advantages, and (ii) the Confirmation Email (defined in Article 2) indicates that you are eligible to benefit from it.
The Flexible Travel Option allows you, once per booking, to change your travel dates by contacting us by telephone or by following the instructions stated in your Confirmation Email under the following conditions:
a) You can use the Flexible Travel Option, once per Prime booking, to amend your travel dates from the original scheduled date (“Original Flight”) to a later flight of your choosing (“Rebooked Flight”). b) you must complete the re-booking of your flight(s) no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled departure of the Original Flight, and c) the Rebooked Flight must depart within sixty (60) days before or after the scheduled departure of the Original Flight departure, and d) the Rebooked Flight must be to the same destination airport as the Original Flight, unless you can find an alternative flight to the same destination city but different airport, and which can be demonstrated to be at a cheaper price and/or on a different airline, and e) the re-booking involves all the passengers of the bookings (re-booking for only one or some of the passengers of a booking are not allowed), and f) You must provide us/Europ Assistance S.A. with any documentation that it is reasonable to request.
The Flexible Travel Option is fully subject to Europ Assistance S.A. that you must carefully read at this link this link. Subscribing to eDreams Prime with the Flexible Travel Option means that you also accept the aforementioned Flexible Travel Option general conditions.
We reserve the right to modify/update/extend the list of available additional benefits at any time.
eDreams Prime is reserved for the use of individuals over 18 years old and is only for private and personal use, and cannot be used for business or professional purposes. Individuals acting in a business capacity as well as companies and/or legal entities are not allowed to subscribe to eDreams Prime or to benefit from it.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate your subscription in case of non-compliance with these T&Cs.
To subscribe to eDreams Prime, simply search and book a flight or train journey on our Website or Application with the Prime Fare option selected. When conducting a search on our Website or Application, two fares will be displayed, the Prime Fare and the full fare. Selecting the Prime Fare and continuing to book that journey with that fare selected will result in you applying for a subscription to a thirty (30) day free trial of eDreams Prime (the “Trial Period”) and availing of the Prime Fare as defined above. YOU WILL BE CHARGED YOUR MEMBERSHIP FEE FOR THE RENEWAL TERM ON EXPIRY OF YOUR TRIAL PERIOD (terms as defined below).
We will accept your subscription by sending a confirmation email (“Confirmation Email”) as of the date that your Subscription Term (defined below) starts (the “Effective Date”). As of the Effective Date, your membership is complete, and an account will automatically be created for you on the Website and/or Application (your “User Account”) that allows you, when logged in, during the Subscription Term, to make further bookings at the advantageous eDreams Prime conditions. You will need to set your password following the instructions on the Website/Application.
Please note that after you have subscribed to eDreams Prime, to continue using eDreams Prime and availing of its advantageous prices during a booking, you need to: (i) keep your User Account active (so you cannot cancel the User Account during the entire Subscription Term); and (ii) you must be logged in to your User Account during the booking. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR USER ACCOUNT DOES NOT ENTAIL THE CANCELLATION OR THE TERMINATION OF YOUR eDreams PRIME MEMBERSHIP AND THAT YOU ARE THE SOLE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE USE, PRESERVATION AND PRIVACY OF YOUR USER ACCOUNT AND CREDENTIALS.
You agree to keep your personal information correct and accurate (email address, contact details, etc.) by updating your User Account and/or informing the customer service department of any changes to your personal information via the process described in the Help Centre.
In the event that eDreams Prime is offered elsewhere (for instance by email), please follow the instructions displayed to you.
The benefits of eDreams Prime will be the same regardless of the channel that you choose to purchase eDreams Prime. The benefits of eDreams Prime can be redeemed by logging in to your User Account on the following channels: Website’s desktop, Website’s mobile web and the Application.
We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at our sole discretion at any time. Updated versions of the T&Cs will be posted on the Website and on the relevant section of the Application and are effective immediately on posting. Please check frequently, especially before your use of eDreams Prime, to see if these T&Cs have changed. Use of eDreams Prime after any changes to the T&Cs constitutes your consent to the changes. For the avoidance of doubt, the applicable T&Cs are those (i) in force at the time of your subscription to eDreams Prime, or (ii) in the event of renewal of your Prime subscription, the T&Cs in force at that date of your last renewal.
Your subscription to eDreams Prime starts from the Effective Date and is valid initially for the Trial Period. You can cancel your free trial by contacting us as per the procedure below.
IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE THE END OF THE TRIAL PERIOD, IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF THE TRIAL PERIOD FOR A FURTHER PERIOD OF TWELVE (12) MONTHS (UNLESS TERMINATED BY US OR OTHERWISE INDICATED IN THESE T&Cs).
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL CONTINUE TO RENEW AUTOMATICALLY AT THE END OF EACH RENEWAL TERM (“RENEWAL DATE”) FOR FURTHER TWELVE MONTH TERMS UNLESS YOU CANCEL. Each twelve month renewal period (a “Renewal Term”) and the Trial Period are separately and together referred to as the “Subscription Term”.
However, in the case of certain promotions (for example, a free trial period, price reduction, etc.) you may have subscribed to an initial longer or shorter Subscription Term (for instance, a Subscription Term of 1, 3 or 6 months, etc.) In those circumstances, you will become an eDreams Prime member and may use the eDreams Prime services in accordance with the terms and conditions indicated in the promotion for that particular Subscription Term. If you are unsure of the specific Subscription Term that applies to you, your Confirmation Email will contain the relevant information, or you can contact us through our Help Centre or the Prime Line (details of which will be in the Confirmation Email).
EACH PARTY MAY CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BY PROVIDING THE OTHER PARTY WITH NOTICE AT LEAST 72 HOURS PRIOR THE END OF THE RESPECTIVE SUBSCRIPTION STATING THEIR WISH TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION OR THAT THEY DO NOT WISH FOR IT TO RENEW AUTOMATICALLY. YOU CAN PROVIDE US THIS NOTICE BY ACCESSING YOUR USER ACCOUNT AND CLICKING ON THE UNSUBSCRIBE LINK, AND FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED.
The membership fee for your Subscription (“Membership Fee”) will always be payable in advance of the respective term. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR TRIAL PERIOD, YOUR MEMBERSHIP FEE FOR THE RENEWAL TERM WILL BE DUE ON EXPIRY OF THE TRIAL PERIOD.
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AND YOU AUTHORISE eDreams (WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE TO YOU UNLESS REQUIRED BY LAW) TO COLLECT THE MEMBERSHIP FEE USING THE PAYMENT DETAILS REGISTERED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
Storage of your bank data: we will use the payment details that you provided at the time of subscription to eDreams Prime and creation of your User Account unless agreed otherwise between you and us.
You also agree that subscribing to eDreams Prime means you accept that those payment details will also be used to pay the Membership Fee due for any subsequent Renewal Term. Should that payment method have expired on the Effective Date, we will ask you to provide up to date payment information in your User Account and/or if expired subsequently, ask you to enter up to date payment information in a dedicated renewal payment section of your User Account and/or, if applicable, we will apply those updated payment details provided to us in relation to any other booking that you have made during the Subscription Term.
This shall apply any subsequent renewals.
PAYMENT DETAILS ENTERED MUST BELONG TO YOU. BY ENTERING THE PAYMENT DATA, YOU DECLARE THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO USE THEM AND ACCEPT SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DOING SO.
You will only be entitled to benefit from eDreams Prime during the Subscription Term and as long as the Membership Fee has been paid. Within the Subscription Term, the service eDreams Prime is valid for all bookings as defined under Article 1 that you make on our Website or Application.
You can cancel eDreams Prime at any moment during the Subscription Term according to the instructions provided above. Note that the membership fee to eDreams Prime will not be refunded (except if you exercise your right to withdrawal as stated under Article 4).
Registration for eDreams Prime becomes effective on the Effective Date as defined in Article 2 above.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you benefit from a withdrawal period of 14 days from the Effective Date without giving any reason (and is separate from your rights to cancel under Article 3). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to communicate your decision to us by calling us on the Prime Line (details will be in your Confirmation Email) before the 14 day period has expired.
If during that 14 day period you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, but we may make a deduction from the reimbursement if you have already enjoyed the benefit of eDreams Prime by your express agreement (i.e. by making a purchase with a Prime Fare). Such deduction shall correspond to the amount of any benefits provided by us up until we receive the communication of your decision to withdraw. Thus, any refund due following the exercise of your right of withdrawal will be impacted by any amount owed to us for benefits already received due to the execution of eDreams Prime, at your request.
The refund by eDreams Prime will be made no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

eDreams Prime is solely and exclusively for private use. If we detect commercial use or other misuse, or where a third party is erroneously using the service for fraudulent purposes, we reserve the right at any moment and without any prior notice to (i) verify private use of the service (ii) to deny access to your User Account (iii) terminate your subscription (or subsequent renewal) to eDreams Prime, (iv) to demand the refund of unduly acquired advantages.
You agree to use and benefit from eDreams Prime in good faith and to inform us of any change or information that might interfere with the subscription or the benefit of eDreams Prime.
By subscribing to eDreams Prime, you undertake to use it in compliance with the terms of the present T&Cs as well as all applicable laws.
You undertake to use the service in accordance with the present T&Cs and, in particular, to not use the service in an abusive or fraudulent way. You are expressly prohibited from assigning the benefit of the eDreams Prime service to a third party, using it in a commercial way, or using the identity of another user or using a User Account which do not belong to you.
Please note:
In order to apply the Member Price to a reservation, it is necessary for you, as the member to be part of that reservation. If, after making the reservation, you can no longer travel for any reason and need to cancel or change your part of the reservation, the Prime Fare will no longer apply. In these circumstances, the difference between the Prime Fare and the price applicable to non-members at the date of changing the reservation will become due.
Applicable Law: These T&Cs, as well as any relationship between you and us, shall be governed by the laws of Spain. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Spanish courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website. Notwithstanding same, if you are a consumer, You will additionally enjoy the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of consumer laws of your country of residence (“Mandatory Provisions”) and may also bring proceedings in respect of enforcement of relevant applicable Mandatory Provisions in the courts of the country in which You are domiciled.
If you have submitted a complaint to our customer service for any reason whatsoever but you consider our answer to be unsatisfactory, you can follow the online dispute resolution procedure offered by the European Commission.
Pursuant article 14 of EU Directive n° 524/2013, the European Commission created this online dispute resolution system in order to facilitate an alternative dispute resolution between traders and consumers.
