Extremely bad experience on return flight from BLR to MCT and then MCT to Manchester. BLR to MCT flight which was scheduled to depart at 10.10 hrs was delayed then cancelled due to technical issues withe the plane. We were all transferred to a hotel in the city almost 50 minutes away. Brought back in a bus to board another flight at 03.30 hrs which eventually took off at 04.00 hours. Our onward Manchester flight was not confirmed nor booked until we got to Muscat contrary to the reassurance given by Bengaluru ground staff. We were taken to another hotel in Muscat before boarding a flight to Manchester at 14.00 hrs which only took off at 14.45 hrs. Some of the passengers luggage was apparently not boarded on same flight and were to receive them at a later time. I understand the technical issues and the unavoidable delay in flights however the way they treated and handled the whole issue was very unprofessional chaotic and inefficient with least regard to inconvenience to families with small children. The communication and the updates to the passengers about further plans was appalling.
