Good and easy to book cheap and a new company for me but seemed to do everything well including notifications. One suggestion as it is not clear that you need to put all your given names in as it only asks for first name (singular) and you think you have a chance to put the names as they appear in the passport later you don't. This could cause problems at check in for some people.

RE: rtn flight from HK-FUK KA382 Keeping all the passengers due to fly inside the transport bus to the plane for over 20 mins was unforgivable. If the plane is still under inspection then don't transport the passengers. I could barely breathe so I opened the window.. and the window itself came crashing down on me and the person behind me who was injured. If that had been any worse this would be a court case.
