eDreams has compiled around 80.000 reviews from our 2018 travellers to create the Best Airports in the World List. Factors taken into consideration for this list were the variety and quality of waiting areas, airport services, shopping areas and restaurants.

The Winner of Best Airport in 2019 is... Singapore Airport! For the second year in a row it claims the top spot. Brisbane and Zurich clinch second and third place, respectively. Zurich and Istanbul kept themselves on the list, but Zurich dropped a place in the ranking and Istanbul, two places. On the other hand, Munich and London improved on their 2018 performance; Munich going up a place and London jumping three places.

New airports that made the list this year are Brisbane, Stockholm, Bangkok, Hamburg, and Tel Aviv. When staying for long periods of time at an airport, it's important to choose one that fulfills your needs. This list can you give an idea of the best airports, based on factors such as a variety of restaurants, friendliness of staff, cleanliness of amenities, shopping areas, good organization, or easy access.
