My flight was originally booked for 14:40 as I needed to take the ferry into Koh Samui. The flight got changed to the morning with less than an hour’s notice. Had My boat been delayed I would have missed my flight! And I also chose the afternoon flight which was more expensive than the morning flight so that I did not have to rush!

Improvements to check in all flights checked in on same line. Tried online check not available took nearly one hour but flight attendants and comfort for short fligh good.price for flight you pay what they say I would use Bangkok airways again and recommend.
