Passengers may choose to add hold baggage online up to 2 hours before flight departure, via the Customer Call Centre up to 4 hours before their flight, or during the online booking process. Adding hold luggage during the online booking process is the cheapest option.

Last minute booking of flight went really well without any issues.
It would be good to know how long you need to be at the airport before the flight leaves as we did not know. We only had hand luggage and checked in online so we did not need to be at the airport so early before departing
My daughter was refused to go through with my hand luggage suitcase because it was not suitable to be hand luggage, I have used same luggage with your previous flights because is is a hand luggage, when I got to the flight other people were carrying exactly the same size luggage, it seems you don’t know what is hand luggage, because your description varies from airport to airport depending who is checking in the customer , or how they on that day. She had to put her belongings in her hand bag, af which all fitted and arrange for taxi to drop off the suitcase at the hotel where I was, that shows how small the suitcase is for the contents to fit in the big handbag.
I don't seem to get money off my flights when I book online as I always fly with flybe
Fligths was two hours delayed going out to southampton no reason given at all ,then we get to southampton had to wait 30 mins to get baggage back
The stewards are very not friendly and on the way back they couldnt find our tickets on their system so we missed home veri important and urgent appointments and a big family party
The return flight was delayed by over 3 hours. Firstly due to a logistical issue where we were held on a transit bus for 25 minutes then failure of Birmingham ATC
Even though booked my son along with myself on the flight... there was a problem with the desk finding my son on both routes. Causing unessary delay for myself and other passangers.
It should not be cost of food in the plane should be free & cabon should be that much bigger then people can put their hand carry inside easyly
