Lagos Attractions

There is a wide range of beaches in and around Lagos which are ideal for relaxing outside with a picnic. Lagos Bar Beach is centrally located allowing for easy access to and from the city and is therefore the most popular of the city beaches in Lagos. The man-made beach, Tarkwa Bay, is a more hidden beach set in the harbor. It can be accessed by boat or under the bridge at Falomo. Situated next to Tarkwa Bay is Lighthouse Beach, named after the lighthouse which dates back over one hundred years. Beside beaches, there is also the ancient slave port to explore at Badagry Town.
