Easy checking in of luggage good facilities in airport helpful staff at airports and on flights
Seating has too little legroom. It’s ok for a short flight but not for longer flights.
The flight was delayed and delayed and delayed. The desk staff were not very helpful or interested and there was no information displayed. Even though there was probably nothing they could do smiling faces sympathy and apologies don’t cost anything. We were worried about a connecting flight with Qantas but the staff said it was nothing to do with them. Jetstar is owned by Qantas so that was an unacceptable response.
Terrible experience while i was under duress to get home from Vietnam because i was told that i would be able to fly out the next day for not having been notified that my scheduled flight from Da Nang to Ho Chi Ming City had been canceled.
Awful I only got 2 cups of water for a 9 hour flight had to pay for the entertainment system and had almost no leg room
Our outward flight was cancelled and had to wait for four hours for the next flight. Return flight was delayed even longer -6 hours. The price was excessive.
