First time I went with Norwegian airlines and it was an amazing flight smooth journey the service and food was outstanding.

Flight was fine no frills.
Flight was over two hours late setting off I would have expected at least a complementary glass of water and snack... 9hours 40 minute flight ended up being 12hours and there was no food included in the flight price like every other company provides. Also toilets were not clean at all and it wasn’t mess just from our passengers as I went at the start of the flight aswel and it was a mess.
I think it’s disgusting to only provide food to people who pay extra on a long haul flight. No in flight entertainment
