Marseille Provence Airport is the primary airport serving the city with 35 scheduled airlines flying to 100 destinations in 25 countries. It is capable of handling more than 8 million passengers in a year. The airport boasts of modern amenities for passengers including restaurants, ATMs and shops. It consists of two terminals: MP1 and MP2. Most budget flights arrive in and leave from MP2.
