Excellent service couldn't fault it. Weather conditions weren't great but still managed to take off on time and arrive early.
Fab, it only took 35mins to get to Dublin from Manchester! Staff on board helpful finding space for cases etc.
Awful and I will NEVER travel with RyanAir again. Firstly, I've travelled all over the world and arrived at airports with my passport but to be told I would have to pay for my boarding card and then informed £70 because I didn't do it online!!! Simply outrageous and extortionate. Secondly, A drunken MUFC lout singing all the way but using profanities when there were children and ladies on the flight and yet NO-ONE asked him to be quiet or respect the others on the plane
Flight was boarded for Dublin , despite warnings that Dublin airport weather conditions not favourable for landing . Flight returned to Manchester after 45 minutes in the air and after announcement that we would be landing in Dublin . Both take off and landing very rough and many passengers including myself quite shook up . Despite receiving letter offering refund I have been told refund cannot be processed .
You MUST inform your passengers about flight delays. We were delayed an hour and 10 mins but were queuing up for all of this time unaware the plane hadn't arrived. It is the lack of knowing or information that cheeses people off, we all know it was bad weather so tell the truth!!!
First class in every respect, no waiting at the check in desk straight through to the Departure Lounge, will certainly use Ryanair again.

Flight from Manchester to Dublin was fine. However, on the trip back we were not impressed by a male member of the cabin crew. He was terse, and frankly looked bored throughout.
Call customers too early when hate not ready leaving them standing for a long time when flight had not even arrived which would make boarding impossible staff did not inform customers and when I asked her why they did they called customers to board when plane not here they said I don't know
