Unfriendly assistant at check-in. The 2nd problem was JFK airport. Waited on tarmac for one hour due to a "gate not being available." Then we waited for our luggage (the bag I shouldnt have even checked in!) for 1.5 hours with no explanation to what was causing the delay! The flight attendants however received their bags at the carousel... VERY disappointing and frustrating incident.
