I had a relatively early flight, and had to be in the airport at 5 pm, but there was no means of public transportation that I could find out about, so was forced to pay for a taxi- I would have liked to avoid that. In most capitals you have transportation running from about 4, 5 am- could this be used at least for the airport? Also, I arrived there at 5 am only to find out that my flight had been pushed 3 hours ahead. I urgently needed to announce this to my office back home, and as it was too early to reach anyone by phone before my plane left, so I looked for an internet connection. The aiport has dismantled all public access computers, so only someone with a smartphone or their own computer can actually access internet. This is quite an exception from any other aiport where Iīve personally been, and it left me with the impression that Lisbon aiport is either discriminating against their guests, or is simply not prepared to offer quality services ( I find internet access to be essential for any traveller, while carrying a computer when travelling is a question of travellerīs option and not a self-understood condition). Due to this, and due to the delay and confusion that followed in announcing it, I found my stay in the airport to be stressful and unpleasant. In general I would rate it as a second-rate aiport.

It is the only airport I have been to where it ALWAYS takes more than 30mins to get the luggage. Why is that?

Terminal 2 of Lisbon airoport is too small and easy jet customer service is terrible
