the lady behind the counter was very rude and not helpful at all during check in. i was not aware that you MUST check in online and was charged 40 euros, then charged an additional 15 euros for being .4 kilos over the weight limit while my friend traveling on the same flight with me was not charged anything and her bag was4.9 kilos over!!!
