Broken and dirty toilets.Only one door into the airport - not automatic, difficult with baggage. No proper drop-off zone.

Incorrect Information given on flight screens, vouchers for food and beverages given out too late.Unhelpful check in officers. No organisation for several delayed flights all cramming into one check through gate. Also threats to close doors to one line queue with 100s of people as everyone was trying to get to their flight on time.
