The airport could be better.There should be more information in English. The queue at the immigration counter was very long. They should increase the counters and have more shops inside the departure area so that people could shop. I frequently travel through Kuala Lumpur and you don't find such a queue there and that's also a third world country. Here, instead of shopping and helping the economy, people are lining up and cursing the experience!The money changers (banks) gave us very poor rates which were even lower than the hotel rates. I felt cheated. The bus service was not very regular. Had to wait 2 hours so I took the cab instead.

The airport is not the best I have ever been. But it is the most convenient in Sao Paulo. Very close (relatively) to everywhere and in the end it is cost-saving considering the only way to travel around in SP is by taxi.
