Austrian Airlines paid flight was serviced by Brussels Airlines (BRU-VIE retourn) ! It means beverage/food not included in the (expensive) ticket price! Flying with a national company with low cost services. Very unfair!

the question should not be whether the Rail way station is good or bad but how the agent who treats customers collect their ticket is friendly. High level of improvement is needed on this regard.

The service on the ticket window was incredible slow, the exact date 08/07 at 8.10 by International tickets window, the man is around 60. I should pick up the ticket to Schipol ETD 8.35. On the line was only 3 people but 25 min was not enough to give a service to them! I missed a train for couple of sec because the work of this man was sooo slow! I wend to Schipol by car.
