Found no place to book check in luggage and had to pay over £50 by rebooking in advance direct with Whizz Air. I then had to wait for three quarters of an hour at Luton for the baggage to appear (the airport was not busy at this time) after the return flight.
2 of the 4 stewards dumped on (blamed) some passengers loudly on their mother tongue thinking that the other pax did not understand it. They served the passengers very unwillingly.
I had to pay £35 even tho my cave fitted in the cage. And the stewardesses were rude and unhelpful. Never again. I came home ba and it was delightful
Problem checking in on line, would not accept any of my credit cards to change seat, I got charged 35 euros for a boarding card at the airport.
I fly with wizz air a lot and I am always extremely satisfied, the staff are all very friendly and the flights are usually on time
I was extremely angry about being charged an extra baggage allowance for a cabin bag that I have taken on many flights over several years. There was no apparent reason for it either as they gave the bag back to me and it fitted in the overhead lockers fine. It was just a cynical ploy to earn an extra bit of money. Also, when on board I had to pay by debit card because they didn't have any change for my 20 euro note even though they advertised that euros could be used to pay for food and drink. I won't be travelling with Wizz Air again.
everything went without a problem, staff were friendly and helpful and as a customer i feel completely satisfied with the whole trip from the booking to landing there and back
A handbag is not considered cabin baggage on any other airline I have ever traveled on £65 extra was an outrage. Made to wait and run for a seat like cattle . No enjoyable moment on whole journey. So much so I refused to make the return flight with WIZZ NEVER AGAIN. I wish I knew stairs were involved in boarding and alighting from aircraft as I found it very difficult due to arthritis but had no one to speak to for assistance.
Worst flight and airline I have ever taken - first and hopefully last time - over 2 hours delay, lack of communication, lack of customer service skills and care, no complimentary water even on the flight as a way of apology for an inconvenience
Fizz Air is a horrible, non-ethical company making people queue like animals and making them charge for a carry- on luggage if rhe size is slightly bigger, what often costs more money than the actual ticket. Seeing desperate passengers protest all the time and queuing for 20 minutes or more is unacceptable.
When there was a problem during check-in for our return flight, I did feel that I was given good customer service.
I'm ready now to Spend 100 more € not to expérience again this flight and all the loosy service around it (transport to airport, lack of info when plane was delayed, everything had to be extra etc.)
You were very punctual on time, the only problem are the seats, not enough headroom and the back is unmovable which create back problems-good for real short flights
We Asked to pay 40 Euro in the airport cause didn't print ticket. Suggetion : Put huge "PRINT YOUR TICKET" in confirmation mail or send the ticket by mail.
I am extremely dissatisfied since I was charged 20 euro extra at the check in because i didnt have my e ticket. I did however have a printed copy of my e mail confirmation. I never got any e ticket sent to my e mail and therefore didnt know that i would have to pay 20 euros at the check in.

It was my first time to fly with them and the flight itself was ok, but when I landed I received my luggage broken and things inside missing. So I had to go to police etc and of course company did nothing about it.
They made me pay for my standard size hand bag. I am never using Wizz again. They are even worse than Ryanair.
Unfortunately it was not very clear, how does it work with the check-in on-line. I did not receive any reminder for checking on-line, therefore I thought it would be possible to do the check-in at the airport. I have bought the tickets as a gift and unfortunately my family had to pay the check-in fee... so I would have prefered the indication of the check in more clear, in order to avoid later problems..
The best thing was that it was a direct flight (no conection). There was little space between the rows, that didn't allow the correct seating of a person higher than 1,70 m. The drop of the checked luggage and the boarding were very confusing, took long time and very anoying, due to the seats were not preset (no marked seats).
Write the correct information about your luggage rules on your website - it's written that at the airport you would pay 10€ for the bigger cabin luggage but than suddenly we had to pay around 25€. It's really a shame.
The extra cost you impose on a small piece of luggage is absurd. How can a tourist manage a weekend from a tiny backpack?Even Ryan Air is allowing a second handbag and they have less room on board.
Good flight but a little unorganised coming back to luton. Staff seemed confused and the queue line was a shambles. Getting stuck on the plane when arriving back to luton was not fun also. Took them 20 odd minutes to open the cabin doors and everyone was getting hot and frustrated.
the plane was 2 hours 30 minutes late and for an evening flight, not good, the stewardess very bad to a passenger
Worste hand luggage restrictions. My last time with your company, and i fly a lot. Never see so cio stupid restriction for the size and high fine .

The flights were ok, but I never recieved a receipt for extra charges and the policies are not clear!
It was awful. I didn't have to pay for my carry on bag going to Hungary. Leaving Budapest I was charged 45 Euro for a small cabin bag that I CHECKED in ONLINE. Then to make things worse the lady didn't offer any change at either desk. So I have wizz air extra money bc their staff had no change. Lastly, I got a receipt and the lady didn't write the correct amount I was charged or to receive change. The experience was terrible an unprofessional. I will not be riding wizz air ever again and I certainly will be telling others my experience as well.

Pushing and shoving, no direction given by staff. Not enough staff, only one person at the gate. Spent ages from the moment of being checked at the gate to boarding. People were waiting on the stairs with small children.
It was a good flight, faster than proposed. The flight departed a little bit late but in the end made it on time. Overall, a simple trip and everything went smoothly.

The hand luggage surcharge is a REAL THEFT - it should be more clearly stated when buying the ticket that this airline do NOT accept the international STANDARD measurements for hand luggage and the surcharge of 45€ was also much TOO MUCH
Okay flight, the good thing it's a direct flight between BCN-SOF, the bad thing is the departure time (quite late 9pm which means arriving almost at 1am local time) and the space between seats
Hungarian Wizz air team was unprofessional and rude. I am one very discontent customer and I'll try my best never to fly with them ever again.
I was not happy with the service and attitude of the company WIZZ Prague airport. Before leaving the country I could not get internet boarding pass. At the airport I was asked to pay for the ticket 1080 Czech cars. If I know my journey Will Charoch While such an expense - I would not invite the flight. I should mention that we are both pensioners we did not have the money sought from us and yet we paid. I ask for a refund of the money I paid (Check was 30.6)
I have a personnal experience as a pilot and during the landing in Bucharest I was sure we are going to crash (no kidding). The wing almost hit the ground but I am not sure if the reason was weather, unexperienced pilot or both. After 4000 flight hours I was scared to death.
I was told I could add luggage online but it doesn't work and I discovered the internet is full of people complaining about the same issue.
it s not normal to don´t be announced that my bag it s not included in the price i ve payed, and there to have to pay the tax and the bag 90 euro more.
I was ver dissapointed because of extra paid of large bag (3x35 eur plus 3x40eur, plus extra paid for insuriance; i have to unsubscribe the insurriance point, and I did not do this. It is usualy that I must sign that I want to have. And this is another 75 eur cost. I thout i will pay 3x145 eur=435 eur but I payed 529 ur + 225 eur = 746 eur. Realy, I am very dissapointed. Wizz charged me 80euros for my bookbag! Told me it was too big but they still let me carry it on board! Said I should have purchased luggage room online for 20euros. Wizz was absolutely unclear about this policy. Total scam by Wizz.
