The price was great for 2 people. The flight on the way back was a little rocky due to the 90 mile an hr winds from the west and the plane certainly rocked side to side when trying to land. The pilot warned us of the winds before take off in Barcelona so everyone was prepared and we landed safely :)
Standard flight, crampt but so is most flights I've ever been on, didn't have space for luggage up in the top bit but for the ticket price it was worth it
This is the mode of transport in 2015. No frills. few comforts but quick and cheap. Incoming plane delayed by storms in Europe but this will happen from time to time.
We were treated very well , it was a comfortable flight that left and arrived on time. Over all ee were very happy with the service provided .
both my parents were in wheelchairs ,and were seated at the back of the plane ,having to walk the whole length of the plane
The outbound flight special assistance was excellent, but the failiure to get me assistance back at Stansted and having to descend metal stairs with one leg, when I specified I could not walk really upset me. I was encouraged by the young lady who told me she would stop me falling, but that if I really needed the ambi lift it would delay the outgoing flight really stopped me from feeling a valued disabled customer. I certainly ticked and checked all the boxes for outbound and inbound flights, but somehow they got it very badly wrong at Stansted inbound. When I arrived for my outbound flight, I felt the lady at special assistance was harassed, short staffed and yet still managed to smile throughout. Her working conditions were appalling she was sat in direct sunlight with no shade and held her hand over her eyes to be able to see the screen and the passengers who required assistance. This is a health and safety hazard and I advised her so too! Her eyesight could be damaged because of it. Take care of your staff the rest will follow. She also needs to be able to know where her staff are at all times, and I feel too little staff for too many disabled passengers. This needs to be brought to Stansteds attention.
there were delays travelling to Barcelona, and the flight is quite expensive, sometimes British airways is cheaper and it includes refreshments and food.
