Hidden charges & multiple charges made to my card for what should have been a single payment. The over charges were refunded, but this it was time consuming & stressful.

Try to fly on time. I have noticed flybe always has delays and it is really not funny. If u come 1min late, you are denied boarding but we have to wait for 2hours!!!
£169 for a return flight to Paris feels quite expensive. Would have expected a basic snack on board - can't cost much for the airline to provide but resulting feel good factor is significant.
Plane was delayed outbound and inbound and this is not the first time I have travelled with Flybe when the plane was delayed I visit northern Ireland at least 8 times a year but was disappointed with the delays
Flight was good value. But I felt abused as a first time Flybe traveller by a charge of 54 euro (60% of the ticket price) for one 13kg cabin bag. It left a bad taste, particularly since I had tried to pay for this bag online but not managed to make the system accept payment.
Everything went smoothly, however we did pre book our seats at the front of the aircraft, because the Dash 8 aircraft are pretty noisy when sat next to or behind the engines.
I am very disappointed because you don't confirm my return flight and I had to pay a ticket with extra bag worth £140.
The actual flight was smoother than my usual airline especially the landings top marks for my both journeys the biggest drawback was the return boarding pass for me
My flight from Rennes to Southend was delayed by 4 hours, so had to take the next day off work as did not get home in enough time - why should have I had to take a days annual leave just because your plane had mechanical problems which were apparently known several hours before the flight, so that a replacement place could have been put on the trip instead! No compensation offered - just a drink and a roll. Not good enough!
In coming flight had a bird strike staff did not communicate with the passengers individuals had to ask what was going on. Flight delayed for over an hour.
There was over one hour flight delay from Edinburgh airport to Southampton. The reason for my flight was to visit my brother ,who is ill in the Isle of Wight. Because of the delay, instead of getting the 12.45 ferry to the Island I ended up with the 2.45 ferry. By the time I finally reached my destination on the Island I had missed what would have been a full afternoon visit with him. Very disappointing all round.
The service of the company is ver bad, indeed. While we were dropping our bag, the person, who was doi g it, was changed. And the last bag dropped didn' t come at the same time with us.
Significant delays getting off plane at Exeter. This may not be the fault of the airline, but very unsatisfactory. Real issue of lack of correct information regarding boarding pass - worrying and stressful.
Overweight baggage on single scale £15 per Kg meant I parted with £150. There should be the option available to upgrade to 25Kg on the day. My 89 year old mother who travelled by your service was offered help and the promise of someone accompanying her from plane to baggage collection once landed at CDG. This did NOT materialise and she had to cope on her own, failing eyesight and heavy luggage poor service for the price!

The actual flight was excellent with a most helpful attendant. However, I found the security experience exhausting, on both journeys. I am 80 years old and not used to travelling with only one cabin bag so , despite putting shampoo etc. in a plastic bag, I was considered a security risk and all my bags were examined by hand. Taking off my new boots was OK but putting them back on again a different story. Could not security be a little more partial in that passengers with no previous record could be treated gently? I doubt I'll fly domestic again but take the train despite the longer time and expense involved. Also, as I live on the IOW, I had little choice of time of flight as I could not catch an early flight unless staying overnight in Southampton so the next time available involved changing at Manchester, another stressful experience as it involved walking a long way to the new departure gate, carrying the usual extra Christmas luggage in addition to my pull-along case.
A comedy of errors, flight delayed but no info given. Captain of aircraft said when we got on the plane that they didn't expect so many passengers so had to get a bigger plane!! Landed late at Birmingham, no stairs to disembark the aircraft, then no bus available to take us to terminal. Bus eventually arrives and then we have to stand in bus for 20 minutes because nobody is available to open the door into the terminal
Difficult to see how the flight experience could be improved at the level of cost. Maybe the cost could be reduced a little though!

i missed my flights because i was coming from Dublin with another airline that landed in Prestwick. i had to rush to Glasgow intl , got my boarding pass ran to the gate but when i arrived the plane was pulled from the gate. The travel insurance i have subscribed refuses to refund me...
The weather was horrendous when we travelled via Guernsey and I think you were amazing to get us there!
Hotel first class glasgow same but flight lost us a whole day for two little girls half term break as it's only two day break was not happy give us five pounds to spend at the airport. Joke but had to take it as did not want to leather kids down
Flight was basic and got us where we needed to go, so aside from that, what more could we expect. Flight was pricy, but that's the time of year and was late leaving (which isn't ideal when you've young kids in tow...).

Did not leave promptly either there or back, refuelling should be accommodated in the schedule. Not a huge delay but did not have onward plans.
A little more time between flights at Southhampton to change planes would have been nice, just to regroup and get a snack etc.. Maybe just 1/2 an hour
First class service but trouble with getting through to operators on booking and been sent wrong information on baggage when asked to send out new emails never arrived so had to ring flight travel myself

I still think that the Flybe cost to Bergerac (!hour 10 mins) is outrageously expensive. In April the cost is three times as expensive as Ryanair!

No problems, very easy check in and departure on both legs of the journey...very satisfied with the whole experience.
This is the third time I have travelled with Flybe (they are the only carrier that go from Edinburgh to Cardiff) and each time on the way home there has been "Technical Difficulties" with the flight. Resulting once in a cancelled flight and on Sunday evening a 3.5 hour delay. They dont fill me with confidence on the safety of their air craft. We were delayed all those hours and were given a £3.50 refreshment token which doesnt get you much in airport.
Did not get email for boarding tickets! As the flight out was not taken, we discovered ....at the last minute that the return flight had been cancelled by you, without notification. Yes I realise that it would be in your terms and conditions and a presumption COULD be made that if the flight out was not taken then the return MAY not be required. But an email saying this would be appreciated as I presume this is a fairly common occurrence.
It was a late booking so hardly vfm. Also I had to pay an extra £40 to avoid a return journey from Inverness to M/c via London City Airport - then transfer to Heathrow for a Virgin connection!
flight delayed on way home and city airport very basic to be stuck for several hours - flybe should have offered a complimentary drink to all passangers which would have helped.
When I booked the flight I wanted a direct Flight from East Midland to Dublin. I didn't notice that the flight would be via Belfast back to Southhampton with an overnight and then from South Hampton to Dublin after an overnight - frankly this is ridiculess and when I cancelled the booking I was charged €37.50 booking fee. Based on this I will never use your service again
Could not get to a page that enabled me to print a formal receipt? Not sure how £455 for a return flight in europe can be considered as low cost in lin with the ethos of Flybe Also I was originally quoted and sent e.mails to say the total cost was circa £424 and ended up being charged £455 ??
flight cancelled firstly due to technical fault and shortly afterwards this was changed to weather related problems. nice one no compensation to be awardeed.

Due to an accident on the M27, we were delayed as were many other travellers heading for Southampton airport, we missed our check in for outward bound flight to Limoges due to a lorry driver falling asleep at the wheel and crashing into central reservation barrier on M27 morning of 12 Feb. 2015. we were offered another flight to Rennes a couple of hours later at a charge of £66 each! which they later dropped to £40 per person! due to the fact that there were so many people in the same situation of missing their flights because of M27 crash. we were then told it would be a 7 hours journey by hire car down to Limoges again at our cost and fuel charge, then delay and missed flight cost us £200 plus a extra day travelling to where we needed to be, cancelled business appointments with agents and a disaster trip. The return journey was also delayed by Flybe by almost 2 hours, we sat in Limoges airport cold, tired, hungry and agreed we would not Fly again but take alternative travel!!
Exeter /guernsey/ jersey flight, delayed due to weather in Guernsey , very little information given, people on flight from exeter stuck on plane in jersey for an hour an a half plus given no refreshments which is disgraceful. Further delays by 45 mins as jersey ground staff can't count no. Of passengers correctly. In the words of the pilot, "this getting beyond a joke " so true
On the flybee flight I asked for the advertised The Dunker Combo chocolate and any Starbucks hot drink with either a Twix or Kitkat cost £3. This was in the Flightime June Magazine. I was told by the Irish female attendant that I could only have the items on the Deli in the sky card. My not kenco hot Choc was actually a nestle aero hot chocolate at a cost of £2.50. Also I spent a few hours yesterday trying to print my boarding pass at an Internet cafe in Munster, this was also not possible. I turned up at the airport with an assortment of flybe screenshots, that were also not necessary. Your website does not make it clear that a boarding pass or PRE check in, is not necessary! If I had wanted the Twix or kit kat, this would have cost me an extra £1.20 I felt ripped off, regarding the chocolate and drink option. A very good flight from Stansted to Newcastle with easy check in and boarding. could not have been easier. Very friendly staff and relaxing departure lounge areas to get refreshments.

My return flight was cancelled due to a problem with the de-icer, had to wait 2hrs then fly to birmingham n find transport to manchester.
Long legs won't fit in economy! I have 36" inside leg and could barely fit, not comfortable. Only a short flight fortunately.

enjoyed the short flight , value for me as saves on having to travel on a bus from Cairnryan to Prestwick.
The 30 minute delay on the outward journey was acceptable but having to wait at Southampton for 3hours [we arrived 1 hr before the flight] for a flight of 45mins.was unacceptable.We have flown to Europe and long haul to USA several times and have never had such a delay.
A clash of holiday due to our professions meant that my husband and myself only had two full days of the Christmas holiday together! - he is a firefighter and I am a teacher results in both being told when our holidays are - so we were looking forward to flying out teatime Friday and not returning till Friday evening. We arrived In good time and had our holiday schedule organised, friends in Germany would meet us and whisk us off to dinner and a catch up. Imagine our dismay when out already short holiday was cut even shorter ( by three hours) due to a delay!! We arrived very late and very tired, wasting our first evening by only being fit for bed and a sleep. There was no reason given for the delay! Not that it would have improved the situation. The remaining holiday was rushed trying to catch up on the time we had lost.
Would use Flybe more if flying to more destinations and offered more dates to fly. Very professional team, plane more spacious than EasyJet that makes flying a more pleasant experience
I Think that Air France are not sufficiently focussed on helping FlyBe passengers. From the Flybe Information desk I was directed to a stance the check-in hall at Charles De Gaulle airport but queued for 15 minutes to be told that I could use one of the self-service machines and as I didnt jhabe any check-in bag didnt need to be at that part of the check-in area at all!! Muddle muddle!
Fantastic service from Geneva airport, at special assistance for a broken leg. Through to the boarding experience from the wheelchair lift. On board, the cabin crew were exceptionally helpful and accommodating selling me into my seat with my leg across another. They remained attentive throughout the flight and assisted me off the aircraft. Excellent service at arrivals with crew helping me to collect my suitcase and then deliver me to my family who were waiting on arrivals for me.
my flight was delayed at Birmingham on the way home and we were given no information at all as to why or when the flight was going ahead.
Our flight was cancelled and flybe were a disaster at sorting it out. worst flying experience I think I have had!

Flybe checked baggage allowance
The amount of free hold baggage passengers are allowed also depends on the class of travel:
- Essentials Class: Checked luggage only at an extra fee
- New Economy: 1 bag included in ticket price; maximum weight 20kg
- Plus: 2 bags included in ticket price; maximum weight 40kg total
